Custom samples require a prepaid sample fee and will be refunded after mass production.

5.Q: What format artwork file do you need?
   A: The file format should be Ai, PDF, CDR,It needs to change to curve avoid to change when sending the file,It is better with the fonts of the file.

6.Q: How many days will the products be finished?
   A: Within 7 to 25 days after sample confirmed, it ups to your order QTY.

7.Q: Do you have the price catalogue for checking?
   A: As all products are custom made per your design, We don't have price list for reference.

8.Q: What is your terms of payment?
   A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages,before you pay the balance. We do accept FOB, EXW, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc, You can choose the one which is the most cost effective for you.
